Kim'Yani Professional Services, LLC Refund Policy
Our financial health consulting is customized for each client, and you are charged only after each
service milestone is fully completed. No fee is collected in advance.
Three Business Day Cancellation:
- You may cancel your agreement without penalty any time before midnight of the third business day
after signing. Any payment made will be returned within ten (10) days of our receipt of your
written cancellation notice.
After the Cancellation Period:
- Because fees are earned only when a milestone is completed, you owe nothing for any milestone
not yet performed, and no fee is collected for it. Fees for milestones already completed are
non-refundable, as they reflect work performed on your behalf. If a milestone is in progress,
you are charged only for services actually completed. Third party and pass-through costs (such
as credit monitoring, certified mail, or compliance formatting) are non-refundable once
incurred.
No Guarantee of Results:
- Results vary. We do not guarantee deletions, credit score increases, or specific timelines. Fees
are earned by completing the services in your agreement, not by any particular outcome.
